Analysis in the notation

You can conveniently transfer the evaluations of a chess engine into the notation.

• Load a game from the database into the board window.

• Switch the program into analysis mode with ALT-F2. The chess engine shows its evaluation of the current board position in the engine window.

• Right-click in the engine window.

• Select Copy to notation from the context menu.

Context menu

The main variation including the position evaluation is inserted into the notation. Additionally, the chess engine from which this information originates is noted. You can permanently keep this information in the game by saving or replacing the game in the database.
