Question: I want to enter a game from a newspaper whose record begins, for example, with the 18th move and whose subsequent moves are numbered continuously. How does that work?

Answer: In the dialog for position setup you find the entry "Move number".

Using the "Move number" switch, you can set the numbering exactly as desired.
