Komodo and Fritz 20 do not tolerate illegal positions or move inputs. This ensures that, when entering games, no move sequences deviating from the rules or illegal positions appear in a database.
Sometimes it can be useful for demonstration purposes to record illegal positions and print them out. This can be done with the program.
In the example below you can see an illegal position with several kings for both sides.

The mode "Suicide chess" bypasses the restriction and you can also enter chess positions that do not conform to the standard rules.
Under Start – New Game – Suicide chess you start the mode.

Next, choose the position setup to enter the position.
Now enter the desired position. With this you can set up illegal positions and print them.
